I came across a person today, that all you could hear coming out of his mouth was complaint after complaint after complaint.

I approached him and ask him what was going on? His answer was “I’m tired of always having to work for somebodyelse, I can’t wait until I retire so I can be FREE” (By the way this person is in it’s mid 30’s, Long way to go for his retirement)

I was like WHAT?? I told him “Why wait until your retirement if you can probably start your own business or do something more.”

His answer was “I’m not the kind of person that will own a business.”

At that time I told him “Bye bye, got to go.” turn around and left. Why did I do that? you might say “Oh you are rude.”

Well I will tell you why, because he is TOXIC. First you complaint, and when you get a solution you turn it down.

I cannot stand for one second people not wanting to succeed. It kills me inside seeing so many people out there with great potential to make something UNBELIEVABLE with their lives, something IMPORTANT, and most people say NO.

Most of that has to do a lot with your thought process.

Until you learn how to change it and train it to work for you, you will always be the same.

“If you don’t make a change, your life will be like this forever. Is it really what you want?”

Life is a matter of choices, and the choice is yours.

Well, these are only the opinions of other people, but how does this affect us.

How do you perceive yourself? What is that you want to do?

Most people get influenced by the labels that people put on us. They repeat it so much that we get to the point where we actually believe it. Then we go after it, and we ended up discovering that we weren’t good at that, and we start getting frustrated.

We go through life waiting for other people to decide what should we do, be of have, by the labels they put on us. Is that really worth it?

Let me ask you…

If a person tells you that you will never be successful in life, but that person is broker than broke and has never done nothing in their life, will you believe what he is telling you?

Or viceversa, a very successful entrepreneur tells you that you are going to be the best and achieve all of your goals, will you believe it?

The answer lies within you. I can tell you how great you are and successful, but if you don’t believe it, and you don’t act upon it. Is it going to happen? Maybe not.

Let me share a quick story about a 9 year old kid.

One day in elementary school, one of the teachers call a 9 year old kid in front of the entire class. Once he was standing in front, he told the entire class “Take a good look a this kid right here. This guy is a perfect example of a looser. A person that will never achieve anything in his life, a person that might end up living homeless…”

How do you think that would have affected a 9 year old kid? Probably destroyed all of his goals and dreams, maybe the teacher was right, maybe he was wrong. That’s just a label that he is putting in this little kid. Good thing that the 9 year old kid did not let other people’s opinions and labels affect him.

How do I know that??

Well, that 9 year old kid was me.

That’s right I was the little kid facing that whole crowd and had to put up with all the criticism and jokes.

But you know what? I’m the only one in that class that has 4 businesses, and growing.

Don’t let other people’s opinions affect you in any way shape or form, whether is a good opinion or a bad opinion. The best opinion is the one that you give yourself, and you act on it.

When people tell you “You are a looser” simply reply “I’m sorry you feel that way, thank you” if they tell you “You are awesome, you should be an instructor.” Just tell them “Thank you, I’ll keep that in mind.”

Most importantly is how do you see yourself.

If you are not making at least 20 mistakes a day, you are not

trying to become successful hard enough.

Read that again.

You might think I’m crazy, but let me tell you,

mistakes is what makes us grow.

Learn from them, take the good positive stuff of the situation,

and learn from the lesson.

Rich and Successful people do make mistakes all of the time, but

they know that if they are not making mistakes, they are not

learning and growing.

You might try to avoid mistakes for fear of being uncomfortable.

That’s the thing that Successful people do BEST.

They are willing to be uncomfortable, they are comfortable at

being uncomfortable, that will allow them to have a big comfort

zone, and that’s why they take BIG risks.

If you don’t risk you won’t win.

Stop playing small. Doing that, you won’t allow yourself to

reach your potential.

I know you are very unique in every aspect, show the world who

you are and that you are proud of it, and if you make a mistake,

GREAT!! Learn from it, that will help you be the BEST you can

be.

You are special and unique, don’t destroy yourself

playing little, instead PLAY BIG, because you will WIN!!!

They do whatever it takes to get the job done.

They do it and do it and do it until the job gets done, and then

they talk about how great it is to be somebody they’re Proud of.

Becoming a winner is simple, but is not easy. It requires hard

work, dedication and discipline. Not just hard work, you can

always be working hard but with the wrong attitude, mentality,

and decisions. Success doesn’t work that way.

The main focus here is discipline.

You have to discipline yourself to do the things you don’t feel

like doing, but you know they need to get done no matter what.

There’s a very fine line between winners and losers.

The winners don’t like everything that comes with success

either, but they focus on the rewards, and that’s why they go

out of their way to discipline themselves to do the things that

need to be done.

Focus on the rewards. Winners look at things from the end

result first, they don’t worry about the process. If you have a

clear goal in mind, and you focus on the rewards, the process is

even fun.

Practice Discipline on everything you do.

This is another habit that you need to create to keep moving

forward towards success.

We probably want a lot of things right? But what is the thing that we want most? How do you recognize it?

When I was 16 years old (Legal age to drive with a permit and an adult accompanying you) all that I really wanted back then was a 1968 Mustang, with a 302 engine, and a 3 speed transmission. I didn’t really care about the conditions, all I wanted was a Mustang that met that criteria.

Well back then I didn’t know how to attract things into my life. So it took me 8 years to get my 1968 Mustang, with a 302 engine, and a 3 speed transmission. The condition is that it needed a lot of work. But remember what I said? I didn’t care about the conditions, so I got what I wanted exactly what I wanted in. If I only knew what I know now, maybe that Mustang would have came faster than expected, and in better conditions.

When you really want something in your life, it will come to you. As a matter of fact by the time you think about it, it’s already yours, but how do you get it?

The key is to be CLEAR on what you truly desire, how much energy you are going to put behind that it is what you want. Be careful on what you wish for. Because you will attract it into your life. Just like the Mustang I wanted, you will get yours too.

So how do you attract it too?

Write on a piece of paper the 10 things that you really want. Next you have to be honest with yourself here. Rank each one of them from 0 to 10. BE HONEST!!!

How do you know if one of them is a 10? You will feel it in your heart right away. Is that thing that makes your energy spark. That’s how you’ll know.

Now discard everything is 9 and below and concentrate on your 10’s.

Describe what is that you want very detailed, exactly what you want to see and have.

Now picture it in your head as if you already have it.

The universe will know when is time for you to get it. And when that time comes. You won’t even know how it got there. But you will enjoy it as much as I did and continue to enjoy my car.

The best thing of all is that you can do this over and over and over again. In every area of

your life.

Apply this rule to your life. Move forward in your life “BURN THE SHIPS” you don’t want to go back in time. You are here to stay and to move forward in life.

We might think is awkward to think on burning our ships, but are you willing to let go and take control of your life, of your destiny, of your world. Or are you going to hold on tight and let others decide your life, your destiny, and keep living the same life.

Make no mistake, I’m not saying your life is not good, but don’t you want it to be the BEST!!!

If you don’t make a change, your life will be the same FOREVER. Is that good news?

The good news is that you can start today. Don’t wait another minute thinking about it.

You are going to make a choice right here right now.

You have the choice to change your life, change your future and become the person you DESERVE to be.

Many people lives wanting things, they keep saying to themselves. When I retire, I’m going to be more relax, when I paid my mortgage I will have more money to save, when I become financially independent, I’m going to start living my dream life.

The biggest mistake here is expecting to have things, in order to be more relax, living your dream life, saving more money. Why not do it now?

I will tell you why? You might not like it, but the truth is that you get comfortable with conformity. As long as you have enough, you think you are ok, and without doing anything, you expect things to take care of it’s own.

Sorry to tell you that is not true. If YOU don’t take action, no one will do it for you, and not a single thing will improve for much you hope or wish for.

Change starts with you.

If you want to stop smoking, you have to be willing to change and most of all recognize you have a smoking problem. The same goes for drinking and procrastination.

If you really want to become successful, you have to recognizethat you have a procrastination problem, and be willing to change.
